Professional installation with modern technology
We approach stage technology installation responsibly and use modern technology with scanners and lasers. This technology guarantees installation accuracy while excluding damage to electrical and plumbing installations and other unforeseen obstacles.
Installed rails can be bent according to customer requirements. We are equipped with our own scaffolding and our technicians are trained scaffolders. Together with certification for working at heights, we meet the demanding requirements of multinational construction companies such as Metrostav, Průmstav, Porr, Switelski and Strabag.
Curtain and horizon drive systems
Electric drives
Complete manufacturing and installation of small and large rail systems. With push-button or remote control. Smooth speed regulation.
Mechanical drives
Mechanical curtain and horizon drives. Silent operation, maintenance-free and easy to use.

Horizon and revue curtain tracks. For professional and smaller stages.
System controls
We supply and install curtain and stage hoist controllers in various configurations. Control via touchscreen or classic control buttons.
Arm brackets and soffits
Arm brackets
We always manufacture theatre arm beams to order, according to specific customer requirements. We offer two variants: with attachment at the central axis or at the base of the arm.
Soffit fixings
Fixing of curtain and stage soffits is an affordable alternative to classic theatre hoists. Suitable where the soffit does not need to be moved during a performance.
Stage hoists
Unbalanced hoists
We manufacture unbalanced stage hoist bars, eliminating the inconvenience of balancing with cast iron weights. Very simple to use with load capacity of up to 250 kg per hoist bar. Complies with Czech standard ČSN 91 8112 and European standard BGV-D8+.
Electrically operated hoists
Smooth start and braking, safe position locking via automatic electromagnetic brake. Load capacity 250 kg, guaranteed lift speed 0.2 m/s. Control via touchscreen or push buttons.
Manually operated hoists
Manual stage hoist operated by a silent crank mechanism with a drum winch equipped with a safety brake.
Quality and safety
Complete manufacturing from A-Z takes place at our company. We use high quality materials, anti-corrosion treatment and powder coating of hoist bars. All components are stainless steel.
We use professional lifting pulleys according to ČSN 27 1820, as required by the ČSN 91 8112 standard. For higher load capacity we supply I-beam hoist bars.

The New Theatre in Pilsen
Stage fabrics, tracks and surfaces
We sewed 4,475 m² of stage velvet and used 1,342 litres of the Florian fire-retardant to treat it. The main stage curtain was made and installed from Scarlett velvet weighing 700 g/m², dyed to the required RAL shade. We also sewed and installed the ceremonial painted curtain — securing it and the other stage fabrics took almost 900 self-tensioning Spannfix fasteners.
For the acoustic drapes in the orchestra, ballet, musical and Small Studio Stage rehearsal rooms we used 57 metres of electric track systems with infrared remote control, and manufactured 416 custom carriers for T40 profile tracks. We supplied 335 m² of Harmony acoustic non-woven fabric for the movable portal towers, the harlequin and the front portal balustrades; the orchestra rehearsal room also uses it for resting instruments. We added a double-woven Melody stage carpet, 410 m² of Coppélia dance surface and ShowFolie projection film in anthracite and grey.

Window drapes, main curtain and stage fabrics
We supplied and installed new window drapes for the great hall, together with the main curtain and the stage textiles. The drapes were made to serve an acoustic as well as an aesthetic purpose and to work as a 100% blackout — for which we used special sealing profiles.
The velvet drapes were dyed to a bespoke RAL shade and given a blackout lining. Throughout the project we worked closely with the renowned architectural studio Opl-Švehla.
Ostrov Culture and Creative Centre
Stage technology for six halls
We supplied and installed stage technology in six halls. Alongside the usual work — a complete rebuild of the stage rigging, stage lighting, sound and projection — the contract also covered refurbishing the seats in the main hall, which were given new upholstery and padding, with their timber parts restored as well.
We fitted the main hall with a new carpet and applied a special acoustic plaster in the social hall to shorten the reverberation time. We were involved in this extensive reconstruction, worth almost 45 million CZK for our part alone, from the design stage onwards.
Sokolovna Blížkovice
A complete solution from design to handover
The hall received electronically controlled blackout drapes, new curtains and new stage machinery — the installation of rigging equipment, track systems for curtains and cycloramas, and their control.
It is equipped with a premium Maila sound system and top-class lighting technology. The switchboards and the overall control of the technology were developed by our own programmers. This installation is entirely our solution, from the design to the handover.

Acoustic drapes and a ballet studio
As part of the refurbishment of the whole building we fitted every classroom and office with acoustic drapes, including the track systems.
The ballet studio received our finest sprung floor, Raymonda®, together with mirrors, ballet barres and blackout drapes.
Kosmos Cinema, Třinec
Curtains, motorised tracks and a projection screen
For the Kosmos cinema we supplied new curtains with motorised tracks and a projection screen, including its bespoke steel structure.
