Scenography

Materials and technical solutions for stage, film, TV and events

Scenography gives a space its atmosphere, character and emotion. But behind every good set, alongside the idea, stand well-chosen materials and a well-thought-out technical solution. We supply professional scenography materials and technologies for theatres, film and TV production, concerts, events, exhibitions and trade fairs – and we advise on their selection, use and the technical solution of each project.

What we solve

A set design often collides with reality – the material behaves differently on stage than expected, the scenery fails fire-safety requirements, or an unusual element lacks a technical solution and a reliable supplier.

For whom

Theatres, TV broadcasters, film and production companies, event agencies, scenographers, architects, cultural institutions and staging companies.

Solution

We supply professional scenography materials – from dance floors through velvets, moltons, tulles and bobbinets to projection foils and truss structures – and combine them with our own sewing, manufacturing, structural design and installation.

Result

A set that matches the design, is technically feasible, fire-safe and stands up to real-world use.

Scenography materials

Our range includes the materials professionals work with in theatre, film, TV and event production. We supply in particular dance floors and stage floors, stage velvets, moltons, projection foils, tulles, bobbinets, scenic canvas and serge.

We also offer truss structures, mobile track and rigging systems and other technical elements needed to build and stage a set.

Many materials can be supplied not only by the metre or as a standalone product, but also adapted and made to measure for a specific production. Read more about stage floors on our page Ballet and Dance Floors.

Fire protection of stage scenery

Scenography is not just about looks. Especially in theatres, TV studios, at concerts and public events, the fire safety of the materials and scenery used is essential.

We supply and apply our own fire-retardant impregnation products designed to reduce the flammability of timber structures, textiles and other materials used in the production of stage scenery.

Drawing on many years of experience with fire-retardant treatments, we recommend the right treatment for the specific material, its use and the required properties. Read more on our page Fire-Retardant Impregnation.

From material to technical solution

Every set is different. Sometimes you need a few metres of a special textile, other times a complete floor, a projection surface, a truss structure or a moving scenic element.

That is why we can combine the supply of scenography materials with our own manufacturing, sewing, structural design and installation. We also design and supply mobile track systems, rigging structures and custom technical solutions that allow set elements to move, hang or transform quickly.

The scenographer or production team therefore does not need a separate supplier for every single element. We help find a solution that not only looks right, but is also technically feasible, safe and usable in real operation.

Experience from major productions

Our materials and technical solutions are used in theatres and TV studios, on film shoots, at concerts, roadshows, corporate events and presentations of major brands.

Our customers and business partners include Česká televize (Czech Television), Stavdekor, Kibala, AVT Group, Event Support, T-servis, Pink Panther Agency, Shameless and Luff Production, along with many other production, event and staging companies.

Our supplies have also contributed to a number of major event projects – for example Ewa Farna's record-breaking concerts at Eden Stadium, Vojtěch Dyk's Dykuvzdání concert at the O2 Arena, the QUEEN RELIVED shows of the band Queenie, and presentations of new Škoda Auto models, including the Peaq, Epiq, Enyaq and Superb.

From projects like these we know an environment where success depends not only on the quality of the result, but also on delivery speed, precise preparation, safety, reliability and the ability to respond to last-minute changes.
