General Terms and Conditions

1. Introductory provisions

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") of Divadelní služby Plzeň s.r.o., Company ID: 49788456, registered in Pilsen (hereinafter "seller"), govern the mutual rights and obligations of the contracting parties in the supply of goods and services.

2. Subject of contract

The subject of the contract is the supply of stage technology, curtains, textile equipment, seating, flooring, service works and other products and services according to the seller's current offer.

3. Conclusion of contract

The contract is concluded upon written confirmation of the order by the seller, or upon signature of a work contract by both parties. The buyer's order constitutes an offer to conclude a contract.

4. Price and payment conditions

Prices are agreed individually according to the scope of the project and are stated in the price offer or contract. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice, typically 14-30 days from the date of issue.

5. Delivery conditions

The delivery date is specified in the contract or order confirmation. The seller is entitled to deliver goods or perform a service before the agreed date with the buyer's prior consent. The risk of damage to the goods passes to the buyer upon acceptance of the goods.

6. Rights and obligations of the parties

The buyer is obliged to provide the seller with all cooperation necessary for the proper fulfilment of the contract, in particular to ensure access to installation sites. The seller is responsible for the proper execution of the agreed works in accordance with applicable standards.

7. Warranty conditions

The seller provides a warranty of 24 months on delivered goods and completed works, unless otherwise agreed in the contract. The warranty period begins on the day of acceptance of the goods or handover of the work.

8. Complaints procedure

Claims must be made in writing without undue delay after discovering a defect, no later than the end of the warranty period. The seller is obliged to resolve the complaint within 30 days of receipt, unless the parties agree otherwise.

9. Final provisions

These GTC are governed by Czech law. All disputes will be resolved primarily by amicable means. Any legal disputes will be resolved by the competent court in the Czech Republic. The seller reserves the right to amend the GTC at any time.
