Safety mirrors with full-surface bonding

For ballet halls, exercise studios or home practice corners we install and supply 5 mm safety mirrors. We install mirrors using full-surface bonding, which ensures safety in the event of damage. The panel does not shatter and is therefore safe for use even in arts schools.

At the customer's request mirrors are supplied either frameless or with installation into a frame. The most common frame construction is the Coppélia strip, which matches the perimeter strips of the ballet floor in the same shade.

Installation types

Frameless installation

A modern frameless solution for a minimalist look. Mirrors are firmly bonded to the substrate.

Framed installation

We most commonly use the Coppélia strip, which matches the perimeter strips of the ballet floor in one shade.

With levelling grid

For mirror walls we install levelling grids for a perfectly flat surface so the mirrors do not distort the image. The grid is fitted with an OSB board onto which the mirror is bonded.

Formats and custom modifications

The base for mirror production is glass panels measuring 160 cm wide × 240 cm high. Mirrors in this or any other format are always supplied with ground edges. Larger mirror formats are made to order according to the client's wishes.

Mounting holes for wall installation of ballet barres can also be pre-drilled into the mirrors.
