The old seats did not meet safety requirements — fingers could be trapped in the tip-up mechanisms — and the raked seating built during the 2017 refurbishment creaked badly. We ran the project from the design through the choice of contractor to the installation itself. The raked structure was reinforced and stiffened, given new carpets and trims, and we installed new comfortable cinema seats.
Cinema hall of the Rehabilitation Hospital in Beroun
270 cinema seats, carpeting and stage carpet
An unusual brief: supplying and installing 270 cinema seats for the hospital's own screening room. The seats were imported from China, and the entire assembly took place on site in the hall itself — from the first screw to anchoring the finished seat. The Flotex carpet in the auditorium and the Melody stage carpet were both laid by our flooring team.
