About the project
During the reconstruction of the cinema in Blansko the old seats were dismantled and moved to their new home in České Budějovice. At the Kotva Cinema they will serve until the full refurbishment of the hall planned for 2030.
Work performed
- Dismantling and transport of the seats from Blansko
- Cleaning and repair of the supporting frames
- Installation at the Kotva Cinema
- Embroidered headrests modelled on aircraft seats
- Laying of new carpets
Result
A functional, comfortable auditorium at a fraction of the cost of new seats — and several hundred chairs kept out of landfill.
